True North - Audiobook barred by Olga

We recently released this Romance novel by Kelly Collins and recorded at Laboratory Studio with Cook Allender engineering and co-producing the audiobook with me. It was my first time recording but I rather enjoyed the process. It is like acting in a way and reading, so finding the balance was key.

Here is a brief synopsis:

Scarred. Hopeless. Lost. Alexa Cross leaves Los Angeles with a scarred heart, beat-up car, and a secret. She's ready to move on and leave her past behind, but fate has had a way of knocking her right back down. Marooned in the middle of nowhere, she imagines misfortune has dealt its final blow, but this time, destiny seems to have a different plan when she ends up in a place aptly called The Last Resort. Reassembling shattered lives is what innately sexy, bar owner Zane Abbamonte does best, and it rarely ends well for him. When he sees a woman stranded on the side of the road, desperate and alone, the otherwise irascible biker rescues her without hesitation, but Zane harbors secrets of his own. When Alexa begins to uncover the truth about Zane, the weight of her past comes crashing back. Her instincts say, "Run!" but her heart tells her to stay. Glimpsing the chance for a future together, Zane and Alexa must confront their "ghosts" and navigate through their fears. Will The Last Resort be the end of their encounter or the beginning of everything they desire? Find out in True North.

New Audiobooks narrated by Olga!

We have three new books out this past month, narrated by me and on a variety of subjects. I will post a separate blog for each. In the meantime, I have some free copies to give out to try, and ask only that you might post a review in return. Message me laolga @ laolga . com

The first one is a summary and analysis of Paulo Coelho's Warrior of the Light. He is a writer I enjoy very much and was pleased to be asked to narrate the summary version of this book. I actually used to carry a copy with me, until I gave it to someone I felt really would benefit from it. Coelho's writing is very thoughtful and introspective with a lot of emphasis on soul development and deeper understandings in life experiences. The purpose of the summary is to act as a companion piece to the original work and also an explanation, a "cliff notes" version so to say.

Please click on the link below to check out a sample and pick up a copy via Audible if you are already a member. You can also try Audible out for 30 days free and get a free copy that way!

Fears are like Weeds

Fears are like weeds in your garden; they constantly need to be pulled out or neutralized, otherwise you will find yourself overrun and angst ridden. I find myself dealing with fears on a daily basis. Some days are more challenging than others, but those fears keep cropping up like weeds, and just like weeds, I pull them out one by one, so that I can keep my mind filled with beautiful thoughts and ideas.

Teddy Bear jumps for Canopies For Kids charity

Post by Olga Wilhelmine Munding.

Teddy Bear jump #3 for Canopies for Kids sponsored by Christine Sperling. This time we tracked and got a little muddy on our landing! Why is Olga jumping with teddy bears you ask? These bears are jumped by skydivers, part of an ongoing project with the mission of providing children in hospitals with the support, courage, and hope they need; by enabling skydivers with the opportunity to have their jumps make a difference for kids one canopy at a time. If you would like to sponsor a brave Teddy Bear and have me jump him for you, DM me here on FB. Bears are $20 to sponsor and the jump is on me!
